All Ray and Speed light systems from BikeRayUSA come with 1(one) year Full Guarantee for replacement to original purchaser. Purchaser must register lights online as soon as he/she purchases the Ray or Speed light from one of our authorized dealers or from us directly. This warranty is applicable to All Ray or Speed lights sold within the USA only. Every item including Lights, Head, Battery or any other product/part(s) (excluding “Goodies”) will be covered by this warranty.To register your light system – Please refer to our LED Bike Light Warranty Registration Section Here.
If you are not satisfied with your Ray light(s), Speed light(s), Parts and Accessories, or other products – exchange or refunds will be accepted for items returned within 10 days from purchase date. Your refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Please return your purchased item(s) in the original package with your receipt of purchase to the retailer where you originally purchased the item.
If any BikeRayUSA lights should fail for any reason during the warranty period – you the purchaser has two(2) options:
- Return the complete purchased product to the authorized dealer where you purchased the item(s) with receipt and they will be happy to assist you.
- Please contact us at: email@example.com to obtain warranty replacement order number and return complete BikeRayUSA light unit for repair or replacement with detailed description of product failure and a copy of your receipt of purchase. Please include your return address and your daytime phone number / e-Mail address on the inside of the package. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label so you don’t pay for the shipping!!!!
